Is it really September 25th and Christmas is three months away. Wow, where did this year go? The World Quilt Show is coming up on November 10, 11 & 12th. Three days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) of quilts, vendors ( We will be there with a booth) and classes at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, FL. We are also a vendor competition sponsor this year. I encourage you to look over and take advantage of the classes offered this year at the show featuring nationally known instructors. Coming next year we will be at the Garden Walk put on by the Hibiscus Guild. A guild in Palm Beach County, FL which meets at the Lake Worth Salvation Army building. Along with their meetings they meet on Thursdays each week and Tuesday evenings. There are always experienced quilter's there on those days who don't mind teaching quilting or answering questions you might have about quilting. We will also be a vendor in Port St Lucie for a quilt show in 2012. Postponed until January 2012. We are having our Five Year Anniversary on October 14 and 15 so you'll want to plan to visit us then. We will have prizes, sales, refreshments, and double stamps! Look at the tiny bears that one of our customers makes (sorry I don't remember her name, maybe she will read this and identify herself). The dresses are also made by herself using fabric from our shop.  Bye for now! |
